Who this fits

This role suits someone who wants to shape product narratives and creative content, not just follow a set publishing plan. You’ll work directly with founders and product, engineering and design teams. The role is remote in India.

From the employer

This role is with one of our portfolio companies.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative, product-obsessed Product Marketing & Growth Lead to own how we shows up in the market.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who can take a complex product, a customer insight, a technical breakthrough, or an interesting industry trend and turn it into content that people genuinely want to read, watch, and share.

You'll work directly with the founders, product, engineering, and design teams to build brand, shape our product narratives, and drive organic growth through compelling storytelling and creative marketing.

We don't want someone who just executes a content calendar. We want someone who figures out what the content calendar should be, challenges conventional B2B marketing, experiments with new formats, and consistently finds ways to make our products and ideas stand out.

What You'll Own

1. Content Strategy & Creative Storytelling

  • Own content strategy end-to-end, from identifying interesting ideas to creating, publishing, and distributing content.
  • Proactively uncover stories worth telling across our products, customers, research, engineering work, and industry.
  • Turn complex AI concepts and technical breakthroughs into simple, engaging, and memorable narratives.
  • Create high-quality content across LinkedIn, blogs, product videos, case studies, thought leadership, and other emerging formats.

2. Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Develop a deep understanding of products, capabilities, users, and competitive landscape.
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across our product portfolio.
  • Translate product features into compelling stories about the problems we solve and the value we deliver.

3. Brand, Design & Creative Direction

  • Partner closely with our design team to translate ideas into high-quality visual content.
  • Conceptualize and drive the creation of product videos, animations, carousels, infographics, launch assets, and other creative formats.

4. Organic Growth & Distribution

  • Own and grow company's presence across relevant channels, particularly LinkedIn and other platforms where our target audiences engage.
  • Think beyond publishing: develop distribution strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and qualified interest.
  • Build founder-led and employee-led content programs that amplify our collective expertise.
  • Experiment with new channels, communities, partnerships, and content formats.

5. Customer Stories & Market Presence

  • Work with customer-facing teams to identify compelling use cases, customer outcomes, and success stories.
  • Transform customer insights and measurable results into strong case studies, testimonials, and market-facing narratives.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, content strategy, brand, or a related role, ideally at a high-growth technology startup.
  • Have experience marketing technical B2B SaaS or AI products.
  • Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills. You know how to make complex topics simple, interesting, and memorable.
  • Genuine interest in AI, emerging technology, and how new products are changing industries.
