Overview
This October, Berlin will host one of the biggest and most exciting tech events of the year. We’re looking for friendly, confident and energetic Brand Ambassadors who speak fluent German and English to give our international guests a fantastic conference experience.
Your responsibilities
As part of our event team, you’ll be one of the faces of the event, helping everything run smoothly and professionally.
Your tasks may include:
- Welcoming and assisting attendees
- Supporting reception and check-in desks
- Providing directions and helping guests navigate the venues
- Supporting conference and seminar rooms
- Assisting in busy areas and managing queues
- Positioning and checking event signage
- Providing flexible support wherever the event team needs help
The conference takes place at several venues across Berlin, including STATION Berlin, Tempodrom and Kühlhaus Berlin. Your assigned venue may vary depending on the event schedule, so you should be flexible and comfortable adapting to different tasks and locations at short notice.
Exact roles, working hours and locations are still being finalised and will be confirmed later in the booking process.

What you’ll bring
- Fluent German and English

- Reliability, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks
- The ability to work well both in a team and independently
- Experience in events, hospitality, hotels or customer service is an advantage, but is not required for every role
- Eligibility to work with us under a short-term employment arrangement (kurzfristige Beschäftigung)
