In this role, you will support the Miracle-Ear Franchise Marketing team by managing and optimizing local marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, franchise engagement, and business growth. You will partner with franchisees, field teams, channel managers, and external vendors to executive marketing initiatives, develop supporting assets, evaluate program performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $70,000-$85,000 plus incentive

Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Marketing Program Management & Execution
Manage and support local marketing programs, including campaign execution, stakeholder communications, reporting, and performance tracking.
Coordinate program deployment and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and business results.
Franchise Partner Engagement & Support
Partner with franchisees, field teams, channel managers and vendors to support program adoption and execution.
Serve as a trusted resource by resolving issues, gathering feedback, and implementing program enhancements.
Marketing Operations, Content & Analytics
Coordinate marketing assets and collateral to support promotions, product launches, and local marketing initiatives.
Analyze program performance, develop reports and presentations, and provide insights that support business decisions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Communications, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to effectively write light copy for direct mail, website content, press releases, and other initiatives.
Experience analyzing marketing performance and using data to support recommendations and decision-making.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, CoPilot
Experience utilizing marketing reporting and data analysis tools such as Power BI
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting franchise, retail, dealer, or multi-location marketing programs.
Experience working with marketing agencies, vendors, or marketing service providers.
Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and creating marketing collateral.
Familiarity with marketing analytics, CRM/customer engagement platforms, and digital marketing tools
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
