What you'll do

- A record of building and delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content, brand management, budgets, and agencies
- Excellent English plus strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and strategic skills

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and oversee the hotel’s marketing strategy and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the hotel’s brand presence, driving awareness and demand, and developing innovative marketing campaigns that support business objectives and enhance guest engagement.
- Develop and implement the hotel’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, content, and traditional channels.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, revenue, market share, and guest engagement.
- Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and other departments to support commercial objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Oversee external agencies, suppliers, media partners, and marketing projects.
- Measure campaign performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and brand management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and hospitality industry is preferred.
