We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Cluster Director of Marketing & Communication to lead marketing and communications across three distinct properties: Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island, Mango House Seychelles, and Canopy by Hilton Seychelles. This role requires a visionary leader capable of shaping brand identity, driving impactful campaigns, and elevating the presence of each property across all channels and markets while maintaining brand-specific positioning within a unified cluster strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Brand Strategy & Positioning – Develop and safeguard distinct brand identities, voice, and reputation for each of the three properties, ensuring alignment with respective brand standards (Waldorf Astoria, LXR, and Canopy by Hilton).

  • Marketing Leadership – Design and execute integrated marketing strategies across the cluster that drive visibility, engagement, and revenue growth for each property.

  • Communications Management – Serve as the primary lead for internal and external communications, media relations, and public relations initiatives across all three properties.

  • Cluster Coordination – Align marketing calendars, campaigns, and resources across properties to maximize efficiency while respecting individual brand identities.

  • Data-Driven Strategy – Leverage analytics and market insights across the cluster to inform decision-making and measure return on investment for each property.

  • Creative Oversight – Provide direction to the creative team to ensure content is relevant, consistent, and aligned with the specific brand standards of each property.

  • Digital Presence – Strengthen and expand the digital and social media footprint for Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island, Mango House Seychelles, and Canopy by Hilton Seychelles.

  • Team Leadership – Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and communications team supporting all three properties.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and communications, ideally within a multi-property or cluster hospitality environment.

  • Demonstrated success in brand development and execution of high-impact campaigns across multiple brands or properties.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong public speaking capability.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including digital, public relations, social media, and events.

  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership across multiple properties.

  • Familiarity with luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands, particularly within the Hilton portfolio, is an advantage.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
