We're looking for a commercially driven Corporate Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic food and beverage manufacturing customers across New Zealand.


This role combines strategic account management with business development, giving you the opportunity to deepen existing customer partnerships while identifying and securing new growth opportunities across the market.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of major food and beverage manufacturing customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across operations, engineering, quality, food safety, production and procurement.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Ecolab's solutions within existing accounts while proactively winning new customers and manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Lead customer reviews, commercial discussions, contract negotiations and renewal activity.
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve growth objectives.

What You'll Bring

You are an experienced Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Corporate Account Manager or Business Development professional with a proven ability to grow revenue, develop strategic customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Exposure to food and beverage manufacturing is essential, with experience selling solutions, products or services into production environments highly regarded.


You'll bring strong commercial acumen, a consultative sales approach and the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels of a customer organisation. Experience within water treatment, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, industrial chemicals, process engineering, manufacturing services or technical solutions will be highly advantageous, as will experience managing multi-site or national accounts.
