About This Role

The Growth Manager will own paid acquisition end-to-end at Doss—from strategy to hands-on-keyboard execution. This is a hands-on role across our paid channels, primarily Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, that range from 0→1 builds to scaling programs that are already live. You'll be responsible for standing up new channels, scaling proven ones, and designing the experiments that unlock new pipeline volume for our GTM team.

You'll work directly with the Director of Growth and own this area end-to-end, collaborating closely with product marketing, sales, and design to turn paid spend into qualified pipeline. This is a rare opportunity to join early and scale a function that’ll drive significant revenue for DOSS.

You'll also be part of a broader testing engine at Doss—one built to move from market insight to live test to result as fast as possible. Your job is to keep that loop tight: design the test, ship it, read the result, and feed the learning back into the next round.

Above all else, this role is about creating leverage—through disciplined experimentation, scalable campaigns, and rigorous measurement that leads to better decisions about where every dollar goes.

Key Responsibilities

  • #1: Achieve the pipeline goals. Execute your plan to drive our incredible growth through new opportunities from digital channels.

  • Own paid advertising end-to-end. Set strategy and execute it yourself across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta—campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, budget pacing, creative briefs, ad copy, and landing pages.

  • Build 0→1 and scale what works. Launch new paid channels from scratch and scale live channels efficiently, protecting CAC and efficiency as spend grows.

  • Run rigorous experiments. Design and run rigorous A/B tests with a clear scientific method—form hypotheses, isolate variables, reach statistical significance, and turn results into repeatable plays. Test constantly across offers, messaging, creative, audiences, and formats.

  • Measure leading and lagging indicators. Define the metrics that matter at each funnel stage, instrument tracking to measure them accurately, and use leading indicators to act before lagging outcomes confirm them.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with product marketing on positioning and messaging, with sales on lead quality and pipeline feedback loops, and with design on high-performing creative.

  • Report on performance. Maintain clear dashboards and a tight feedback loop with the Director of Growth & VP of Marketing on spend, efficiency, and pipeline contribution.

About You

  • 5+ years running paid ads across multiple channels. You have a deep, current understanding of Google, LinkedIn, and Meta ad platforms and have managed real budgets across them.

  • Managed budgets in the $1M+ range. You've owned and deployed seven-figure annual ad spend, and you know how to scale spend without losing efficiency.

  • Hands-on operator. You're a builder, not just a strategist. You're in the platforms daily and can take a channel from blank slate to scaled program yourself.

  • Experimentation-obsessed. You think like a scientist—clean hypotheses, controlled variables, honest reads on significance—and you're constantly testing and iterating on your approach.

  • Metrics-driven. You deeply understand leading vs. lagging indicators, how to measure each, and how to set up the tracking to do it right.

  • Conversion-oriented. You write with clarity and persuasion and have a strong instinct for what makes ad creative and landing pages convert.

  • Scrappy and resourceful. You're biased toward action—you launch v1 quickly to prove the point, then optimize.

  • Team-first mindset. You collaborate well across functions and thrive in a high-trust, high-performance environment.

What You'll Get

  • Competitive salary + meaningful equity

  • 100% Coverage for individuals Premium medical, dental & vision coverage

  • 401(k), immediate eligibility

  • Lunch in-office 5 days/week (and dinner when needed)

  • Flexible/unlimited PTO

  • Commuter (BART/MUNI/CalTrain) and equipment stipends

  • Wellness & Fitness stipend

  • Generous parental leave
