What you'll do
- Coordinate complex account projects involving assigned APDs, and keep customer, internal teams and follow-up work moving
- Help KAMs and Finance resolve aging receivables, premium freight requests, customer setup and supplementary account needs
- Track pricing revisions, contract updates, sample requests, non-standard orders and customer launch activity
- Maintain customer portals and account documentation, including tooling agreements and uploads to SharePoint
- Support order processing, line-stop resolution, compliance declarations and replacements for phased-out items
What you bring
- An MBA and a graduation qualification
- Seven to ten years of relevant experience in sales or account support
- Fluent or proficient communication in both English and Hindi
- Commercial judgment, analytical ability and strong coordination skills, with working knowledge of sales processes

- Works to achieve program, functional, business targets within team with direct/indirect impact on departmental results
- Lead Projects for assigned accounts that involve complex & derivative APDs.
- Support follow-up on AR Aging - support KAM & Finance
- Asist Premium Freight request (local /Import)
- Request Item/part creations, support customer creation
- Customers supplementary working with Finance & Customer
- Support KAMs for plant related Tasks, support in tooling, proto invoicing, NRE, RM & FX Tracker Updating
- Support price revision working
- CQP/ESR/ Innovator support, internal coordination
- Sample follow-up support
- Support pricing task follow-up
- Suppport ROHS, REACH & Compliance declarations
- Assist in Line stops resolutions,under order processing
- Track Non-standard orders (NSO),JSR
- Track Item phased out, find replacement, communicate customer
- Launch & follow-up of contract revision
- Documentation support for account creation at customer end
- Tooling agreement + upload on SharePoint
- Customer portal management, maintenance (administrator)
Education Qualification:
· MBA & Graduation
Technical Competence & Skills:
· Business and Commercial acumen
· Analytical abilities
· Data management (proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint)
· Understanding of Sale Process CRM / Sharepoint / Oracle/ Customer portals
· Good coordination and communication skils
