As our Deal Desk Specialist, you will sit right at the high-stakes intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, acting as the ultimate growth enabler for Docebo’s commercial organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Pricing & Renewals Management, you'll unleash your commercial acuity to navigate ambiguity, accelerate deal velocity, and craft win-win business structures in a fast-paced SaaS landscape. In this role, you aren't just processing orders—you are directly powering our revenue engine, managing high-visibility deal execution across North America, and helping turn big ideas into signed partnerships.

📅 The Day-to-Day

  • Lead the Charge: Orchestrate and manage the end-to-end Deal Desk workflow in North America, ensuring every deal is commercially sound, accurate, and aligned with company policies.

  • Architect Commercial Deals: Review complex deal structures and pricing proposals, proactively identifying risk flags and managing non-standard commercial terms or exceptions.

  • Empower Revenue Teams: Act as the trusted, high-value strategic partner for Sales and Account Management teams, providing real-time guidance on pricing mechanics, structuring, and approval pathways.

  • Unite Cross-Functional Forces: Bridge the gap between Legal, Finance, and Operations to seamlessly resolve custom contract requests and non-standard deal terms.

  • Standardize Success: Apply Docebo’s pricing model consistently across diverse deal scenarios, balancing swift execution with scalable compliance.

  • Build the Playbook: Maintain and evolve playbooks, templates, and reference documentation to keep our deal execution sharp, consistent, and scalable.

  • Drive Continuous Innovation: Participate in team retrospectives and process improvement initiatives to strip away friction, boost efficiency, and keep our deal engine running faster than ever.

  • Solid Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

  • Analytical Mastery: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for evaluating complex financial and contractual risk landscapes.

  • SaaS Savvy: Proven track record inside a fast-paced SaaS environment, with specialized exposure to pricing, finance, deal desk, or commercial legal support.

  • Tech Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of CRM environments (Salesforce preferred) alongside power-user skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Precision Execution: Stellar organizational and time management skills, capable of smoothly steering multiple high-stakes deals and renewals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
