From the employer

Why Join DAZN?

At DAZN, we don't just broadcast sport — we amplify it. We're one of the world's leading sports streaming platforms, and we're building something truly special in global boxing.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team marketing a truly global sports product — one that spans every continent and connects with fans in every timezone. You'll have the scale of DAZN's global infrastructure behind you, the support of an experienced marketing leader above you, and the world's most popular sport as your content engine.

As Marketing Manager for Boxing, you'll play a central role in how DAZN reaches, engages, and retains boxing fans at scale — contributing to campaigns, supporting strategy, and delivering execution that makes a real difference to the business.

You'll be comfortable moving between campaign delivery and performance analysis, between creative briefs and data dashboards. You'll bring energy, attention to detail, and a genuine love of boxing to everything you do.

If you're a passionate, driven marketer who wants to grow in a fast-paced global sports business — this is your opportunity.

The Role

Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, you'll be an integral part of a high-performing global boxing marketing team. You'll support the delivery of global and local campaigns, contribute to strategy, manage day-to-day marketing activity, and play a key role in performance tracking and reporting.

This is a hands-on role — you'll be expected to roll your sleeves up, take ownership of your workstreams, and deliver results. You'll work closely with the VP Marketing, the Head of CRM, and the Senior Marketing Manager, as well as collaborating with regional marketing leads, creative teams, data teams, and external partners. Campaign Delivery & Execution
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of global boxing marketing campaigns — from briefing through to launch and post-campaign analysis
  • Manage day-to-day campaign activity across paid media, owned channels, social, and content — ensuring everything is delivered on time, on brief, and on budget
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and regional teams to ensure campaign assets are developed, localised, and deployed effectively across all markets
  • Support the localisation of global campaigns for key markets, ensuring cultural relevance and local resonance
Acquisition & Growth Support
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns designed to drive subscriber and user acquisition across key markets
  • Support the identification and activation of partnerships, sponsorships, and media opportunities that amplify reach and drive growth
  • Assist in the management of paid media activity — working with media agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are optimised for performance
Engagement & Retention
  • Work closely with the Head of CRM to ensure campaign activity is integrated with lifecycle marketing programmes
  • Support the development and delivery of fan engagement initiatives that reflect the passion and culture of global boxing
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the fan experience at key touchpoints throughout the customer journey
Performance & Reporting
  • Own the collation and reporting of campaign performance data — tracking KPIs across the full funnel and presenting findings clearly to the team
  • Support the VP Marketing in building performance reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and partners
  • Contribute to a culture of testing and learning — helping to identify what's working, what isn't, and what to do next
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and share relevant insights with the wider team
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a key point of coordination between the Global boxing team and internal stakeholders — including regional marketing leads, creative, data, live production, DAZN product, and commercial teams
  • Support the management of external agency and partner relationships, ensuring briefs are clear and deliverables are met
  • Contribute to team planning sessions, campaign reviews, and strategy discussions — bringing ideas, energy, and a solutions-focused mindset
Essential
  • Proven marketing experience — at Marketing Manager level or equivalent — within a sport, entertainment, media, or subscription business
  • A genuine passion for boxing and a solid understanding of the global fight sports landscape — from elite fighters and promoters on the DAZN product, and current trends which drive the wider fan culture
  • Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns — across paid media, social, content, and owned channels
  • Strong organisational and project management skills — able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable working with performance data, building reports, and translating numbers into actionable insight
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment — able to build relationships and coordinate effectively across teams and time zones
  • A "sleeves rolled up" approach — this is a small team, and everyone is expected to get into the detail, take ownership, and hustle for results
  • Happy to work in a fast paced environment, with occasion evening and weekend work when required.
