Role Summary
DataVisor is looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to help translate our products, technology, and AI strategy into clear, differentiated market narratives and high-quality marketing programs.
This role will have a particular focus on leading the PR program, managing Analyst Relations, and creating product marketing content/assets. At the same time, the successful candidate will be a well-rounded PMM who can support future launches, positioning, messaging, enablement, competitive intelligence, and other product marketing priorities as the business evolves.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer, strategic thinker, and effective cross-functional operator who is comfortable moving from strategy to execution. They should also be highly fluent in using AI tools and agentic workflows to improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of day-to-day marketing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and run the PR program end to end, including PR planning, story development, messaging, press materials, announcements, media coordination, agency management, spokesperson preparation, approvals, and performance tracking.
- Lead Analyst Relations activities, including analyst briefings, research engagements, RFIs, submissions, follow-ups, briefing materials, and ongoing relationship management with firms such as Gartner, Forrester, Chartis, and other relevant analysts.
- Lead the development of product marketing content and broader marketing assets, including messaging documents, thought leadership, product/solution sheets, and campaign assets.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Corporate Marketing, and leadership to translate complex product and market information into clear, benefit-led narratives.
- Use AI tools, automations, and agentic workflows in practical ways to increase marketing productivity, improve content quality, and create more scalable operating processes.
- Bring structure to ambiguous projects, prioritize effectively, and move work forward with a high degree of ownership and independence.
- Bring a well-rounded product marketing skill set and support other areas of the PMM function as the business grows and priorities evolve.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product marketing, with a track record of owning cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with experience creating polished content for different audiences and channels.
- Demonstrated experience managing PR programs, and working with agencies.
- Experience with Analyst Relations, analyst briefings, research engagements, or similar industry-facing programs.
- Ability to understand complex products and technologies and turn them into clear, compelling, customer-oriented messaging.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve research, writing, analysis, content production, or other marketing workflows; experience building or operationalizing AI agents is a strong plus.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment, with the flexibility to take on different PMM responsibilities when priorities change.
- At least 5+ years of full-time experience, ideally in marketing, product, sales, consulting or similar roles, with 0-2 years of product marketing experience preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fraud prevention, financial crime, or risk management.
- Experience working with or managing external agencies and contractors.
