Who this fits
This is a hands-on manager role focused mainly on demand generation for Secure Managed Service, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working with an SEO specialist. From the employer
About CrucialLogics Inc.
We secure your business using native Microsoft technologies you already own.
We apply our Consulting with a ConscienceTM approach in our security philosophy.
- Security should be simple, easy to manage and scalable
- Security does not require a large investment in various point solutions
- Security is easily achieved by properly configuring technologies you already are paying for
- Reduce your attack footprint by reducing overall infrastructure
You will never stop bad actors from targeting you. The goal in security is to put defences in place to detect the attempt before the breach.
CrucialLogics is a Microsoft-centric cyber-security firm headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We have been running for nearly ten years, with a 100% remote team of 60 people, and our team spans North America, South America, Spain, Kenya and India. We are a Microsoft CSP Direct partner, and we sell, deploy and manage Microsoft estates for clients from SMBs to Enterprise across North America.
Secure Managed Service (securemanagedservice.com) is our productized managed service security offer for SMBs, built entirely on Microsoft tooling. It is aimed at companies with 50 to 200 employees who have little or no internal IT team. Take a look before you apply.
The product is about a year old. It is live, it has paying clients, and it works. What it has not had yet is a proper marketing engine behind it. That is the core focus of this role.
About the role
You will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and work alongside our SEO specialist. Your focus will be almost entirely on Secure Managed Service: taking a proven offer and building the demand to scale it.
- Offers and positioning. Build and test the reasons a company switches provider or buys security properly for the first time.
- Nurture and email. Own the nurture sequences, lead scoring and follow-up, from first contact to a booked call.
- Traffic and conversion. Grow qualified traffic through content, organic search and LinkedIn, and own what the site converts.
- Content and creative. Comparison pages, pricing explainers, switching guides, plus simple infographics and short-form video (with potential for paid external support).
- LinkedIn. Build the brand presence and drive traffic to our website from LinkedIn.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years in B2B marketing, with at least two of those owning a funnel rather than supporting one.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, IT services or an adjacent technical category.
- Verifiable proof of growth success. One funnel you owned and the numbers that came with it.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Hands-on with a marketing automation platform. We use HubSpot for reference.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote team.
Helpful but not essential: Experience marketing to companies that buy through a managed service provider, paid ads experience, outbound and direct marketing experience.
Location & Package
This is a fully remote, full-time position. We are looking for candidates in Latin America, with Argentina preferred.
Working in or close to our Toronto time zone matters, as that is where the business runs.
We offer a competitive salary, potential for a performance bonus tied to measured impact, an annual review, fifteen days paid time off plus public holidays, an equipment budget and a learning budget.
