Primary Responsibilities
- Implement plans that support the overall eCommerce strategy to grow online sales and generate sales leads for the business.
- Monitor and evaluate day-to-day activity of Company and third-party eCommerce platforms to ensure sites are functioning as intended and deliver effective customer experience.
- Review orders and lead cross functional efforts with Inside Sales, Parts, Branches, Dealers, Information Technology (IT), and the Customer Experience Center to identify, document and solve issues impacting the customers overall purchase experience.
- Monitor chat logs and customer satisfaction surveys to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Work with eCommerce Manager, Product Management and Pricing to develop new product information for eCommerce initiatives.
- Manage updates and maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) system and imagery on the eCommerce platforms.
- Audit product information on eCommerce platforms, identify data quality issues, recommend improvements, and perform data clean-up activities, as needed.
- Support the development and execution of the eCommerce marketing plans.
- Implement and support eCommerce merchandising strategies such as cross-sells, redirects, synonyms, and discounts.
- Analyze performance metrics on marketing and merchandising activities, report results and recommend areas for improvement.
- Perform eCommerce competitive research and industry monitoring to identify trends and best practices that may enhance eCommerce performance.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Company’s eCommerce program and provide recommendations for enhancements and future phases.
- Document business processes and maintain ongoing updates.
- Develop process and procedure training materials.
- Communicate business processes and training materials as directed.
- Assist with UAT testing for functionality enhancements and technical bug fixes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, User Experience, or Business, along with at least 2 years of related experience
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Occasional travel (0-5%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, Marketing or Sales
- Good communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all functional areas
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiar with digital analytics tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira, and eCommerce platforms
This position is on-site at the New Bremen,OH location.
