Job Responsibilities:
This position supports Marketing initiatives for eCommerce campaigns. This is a cross-functional role offering hands-on experience in digital and email marketing, branding, ecommerce merchandising and social media.
- Assist with maintaining and updating product information, descriptions and images on eCommerce site
- Monitor eCommerce site performance and help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rates
- Assist in analyzing eCommerce metrics, including traffic, sales, conversion rates and customer behavior
- Help create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, promotions and product launches
- Collaborate with marketing and product management to ensure accurate and timely eCommerce updates
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify industry trends and best practices
- Assist in testing website functionality, troubleshooting issues and documenting enhancements
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the eCommerce Manager
Job Qualifications:
- Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, eCommerce or related field
- Strong writing, research and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Own means of reliable transportation
