About the Role
The Ecommerce Product Owner Intern will gain hands-on experience in digital product management, working closely with our Ecommerce and IT teams to enhance our online shopping experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, technology, and problem-solving—and who wants to learn how to turn customer needs and business goals into impactful online features. You’ll contribute to defining requirements, testing new site functionality, and analyzing performance data to ensure our ecommerce platform delivers a seamless and inspiring customer journey.
You’ll be joining at an exciting time—our teams are evolving our digital experience during our SAP implementation, making this a unique opportunity to work on transformative ecommerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and refining ecommerce feature requirements from cross-functional teams.
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tickets in Jira.
Support backlog management, user story creation, and prioritization.
Help test new site functionality, identify defects, and track resolution.
Analyze site performance data and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure features are aligned with business objectives.
Document product changes, workflows, and testing results.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Stay current on ecommerce trends and competitor experiences to bring fresh ideas.
Qualifications
Recent Graduates, or Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Ecommerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Interest in ecommerce, product management, or digital retail.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfort with tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or other analytics platforms.
Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Previous retail or ecommerce experience is a plus.
