Role: eCommerce Marketing Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom

About the role:

A broad, hands-on role spanning content creation, new product launches, retailer management, and stakeholder reporting. You'll work closely with product, marketing, CRM, and shopper experience teams alongside external agencies — taking content from brief to live and keeping it accurate long after launch. Strong organisational skills, a sharp eye for quality, and the confidence to manage competing priorities independently are essential.

What you will be doing:

Content Creation — Image and Video

  • Identify PDP improvement opportunities; conceptualise, brief, and execute feature cards end-to-end against agreed deadlines.
  • Source assets, write copy, review, present, and execute — managing Photoshop builds directly for Amazon and Argos where speed requires it.
  • Gather video assets, brief edits and localisation, manage feedback, and deliver to retailer specifications.

New Product Innovation (NPI)

  • Gather materials from HQ and local stakeholders, brief the agency, coordinate feedback, and manage each product through to live.
  • Optimise retailer image galleries — applying correct naming conventions, DPI requirements (Argos), and image allowances per retailer.
  • Upload galleries, energy labels, and product information sheets to Argos and JLP; maintain the [Client] asset library throughout.
  • Prioritise the NPI pipeline based on key ranges and inbound stock.

PDP Upkeep

  • Audit live pages for accuracy across all retailers; action corrections and escalate to Shopper Experience where needed.
  • Keep the [Client] asset library organised, current, and accessible.

Reporting

  • Weekly OBS NPI Report — progress, stakeholder actions, and priorities.
  • Monthly Review Report — identify underperforming products, syndication gaps, and recommendations for CRM and Shopper Experience.
  • Monthly OSM Report — audit images, video, rich content, awards, and warranties across six retailers.
  • Weekly PLV Report — track price, stock, and search position across Currys, AO, and Mark's Electrical against competitor brands.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and expand reporting coverage over time.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Hands-on experience managing ecommerce product content across major UK retailers, including Amazon and Argos.
  • Strong understanding of retailer PDP requirements and platform-specific content standards.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for content creation, resizing, and PDP construction.
  • Experience briefing agencies and creatives with clear, actionable direction.
  • Confident managing multiple workstreams with strong prioritisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to produce stakeholder reports that turn data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management; experience with FlixMedia or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Proficient with Gen AI tools to improve content and workflow efficiency.
  • Agentic approach to problem-solving — breaking complex, multi-retailer challenges into clear, executable workstreams.
  • Able to identify where automation can replace manual processes and take the initiative to progress those improvements.
