  • Track daily results against GPM and revenue goals, then correct weak campaign performance
  • Find high-intent keyword groups and create structured campaigns to capture more volume
  • Test ad messaging and calls to action, document outcomes, and apply useful findings
  • Coordinate landing-page content and URL changes with the PM/CRO team to support relevance and Quality Score

What you bring

  • At least three years managing paid media, mainly Google Ads, in a performance or direct-response setting

Who this fits

This role suits a hands-on performance marketer who wants ownership of Google Ads budgets, targets, and optimization decisions as an individual contributor. The role begins with paid search and expands into remarketing and paid social.

From the employer

Who is Credible?

Credible is a leading U.S. consumer finance marketplace, transforming the way consumers access and compare financial products. We operate at a consumer and enterprise level. On the consumer side, we help millions of people make smarter financial decisions by comparing personalized, pre-qualified offers across student loans, personal loans, mortgages, credit cards, and insurance — all without impacting their credit score. On the enterprise side, we power financial product comparison and distribution through deep integrations and partnerships with lenders, insurance carriers, and financial institutions, as well as providing marketplace technology and capabilities to third-party partners and distribution channels.

About the Role

We are hiring Performance Marketing Analysts (also titled Growth Specialists) for Credible's Israel-based paid marketing team. These are mid-senior individual-contributor roles that start in SEM — owning Google Ads campaigns hands-on across Credible's financial verticals — and grow into multi-channel performance roles covering remarketing, paid social, and emerging formats as the team expands through FY27.

You will report to the Senior Performance Marketing Lead and work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing in San Francisco. This is a high-autonomy role with real budget ownership, clear targets, and a fast path to broader channel responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign ownership: build, manage, and optimize SEM campaigns across assigned verticals — keyword research, ad copy, bid management, negative keyword hygiene, and match type strategy
  • Channel expansion: after 2–3 months, expand ownership into remarketing (RLSA, Display, Custom Audiences) and contribute to social campaign management alongside the team
  • Performance analysis: monitor daily performance against GPM and revenue targets; identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action proactively
  • Keyword & niche expansion: identify high-intent keyword clusters not yet in the account and build structured campaigns to capture incremental volume
  • Ad copy & creative testing: run A/B tests on headlines, descriptions, and call-to-action variants; document results and apply learnings across campaigns
  • Landing page alignment: ensure campaign relevance and Quality Score by coordinating with the PM/CRO team on landing page content and URL structure
  • Reporting: contribute to weekly performance reports; flag issues with clear context and recommended actions
  • Tool fluency: use Google Ads scripts, bulk uploads, and Editor to execute changes efficiently at scale

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: 3 years of hands-on paid media management, primarily Google Ads, in a performance/direct-response environment
  • Spend scale: experience managing $500K/month in Google Ads; demonstrated ROAS improvement or CPA reduction
  • Channel awareness: some exposure to paid social (Meta/Facebook), remarketing, or display — even if not your primary channel — and enthusiasm to expand
  • Technical skills: solid understanding of Smart Bidding, keyword match types, Quality Score levers, search term analysis, and campaign structure best practices
  • Data comfort: able to pull reports in Google Ads and Google Sheets, build basic pivot tables, and identify meaningful trends
  • Ownership mindset: comfortable making independent optimization decisions within agreed guardrails; doesn't wait to be told what to change
  • Communication: clear written English; able to summarize performance and reasoning in weekly updates to a US-based team
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

NICE TO HAVE

  • Active experience running Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Familiarity with remarketing strategy (RLSA, Display, Custom Audiences)
  • Exposure to Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
  • Experience with Performance Max campaigns
  • Background in financial services, insurance, or lending verticals
  • Experience working with international (US/EU market) clients remotely
