Zur Unterstützung der Funktion Thought Leadership und Politische Kommunikation im Bereich Corporate Communications suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Firmensitz in Leverkusen einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) für die Dauer von sechs Monaten.

Diese Funktion ist dafür verantwortlich, das Unternehmen zu wichtigen gesellschaftspolitischen Fragen als Meinungsführer zu positionieren. Das Spektrum reicht hier von Nachhaltigkeitsthemen wie der Kreislaufwirtschaft bis zu globalen Trends bei Mobilität, Bauen, Energie, Ernährung, Gesundheit oder Fortschrittlichen Technologien. Verbunden damit geht es um die strategische Steuerung der Kommunikation zu politischen Themen sowie die kommunikative Betreuung des Vorstandsvorsitzenden (CEO).

Neben unseren vielfältigen Benefits erwartet Dich bei einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung eine attraktive Vergütung von 2.270 € brutto/ Monat.

Du unterstützt bei der Recherche, Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Inhalten zu unseren Thought-Leadership-Themen
Du arbeitest mit in konkreten Projekten zur Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsaktivitäten zu den Thought-Leadership-Themen
Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Realisierung von Positionierungsmöglichkeiten für den CEO
Du wirkst mit bei der Erstellung von hochwertigen Inhalten für den CEO (wie Reden, Diskussionsunterlagen, Medien-Briefings)

Was Du mitbringst:

Wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, bevorzugt in den Bereichen Gesellschaft (wie Politik, Geschichte, Soziologie), Kommunikation/Journalismus oder Volkswirtschaft
Ausgeprägtes Interesse an gesellschaftspolitischen Themen, getrieben von dem Wunsch nach positiver Veränderung
Hervorragendes Sprachgefühl (Deutsch als Muttersprache, Englisch ab B2-Niveau) und Freude am Texten
Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in komplexe Themen und Grundlagen der Unternehmenskommunikation
Hohe Flexibilität und Freude am Arbeiten in gemischten, internationalen Teams
Genauigkeit, Kreativität, Initiativgeist
Grundkenntnisse in MS Office, Offenheit für KI-basiertes Arbeiten
