Client Account Manager

Do you enjoy selling but hate cold calling, hunting for new business, and constantly worrying about where your next deal is going to come from? Do you love to work on behalf of customers to help them solve problems? Do you enjoy technology but you're not necessarily a "super tech"? Want to work at an organization that invests in you every single day? If this sounds like you, then you need to apply for this Client Account Manager position!

In this role, you will work with existing customers (no cold calling!). You will listen to their challenges and business needs to map them to our existing service offerings. You will work with clients to assess their existing technology, identify gaps, and create roadmaps and budgets. (You'll have a technical pre-sales person working alongside you - so you don't need to be a tech genius - you just need to genuinely love technology!) You will work with customers over the phone and in-person, so you'll need to be very personable, outgoing, an excellent communicator, and a stickler for detailed notes and follow-ups.

Of course, you'll need to work with our CRM system to log opportunities, activities, and follow ups. Most importantly, you'll need to share our core values of Trust, Teamwork, Service, Innovation and Growth. If you are not a lifelong learner - this isn't the right role for you. BUT, if you're still interested, here's the nitty gritty!
