  • Be a Great Ambassador: Represent Countable Labs at meetings, demonstrations, and scientific conferences with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong customer connections to ensure our products are used effectively, driving ongoing success post-sale.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work hand-in-hand with our field application scientists and product managers during technical calls and demos.
  • Communicate Our Value: Ensure customers fully understand our unique value proposition, features, and competitive advantages, while also gathering feedback to help us continuously improve.
  • Track & Report: Provide monthly KPI updates and accurate sales forecasts for both instruments, consumables, and assay service projects.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Use SFDC to oversee all active leads, opportunities, and customer relationships, using dashboards to track progress.
  • Attend regional conferences, and meetings, organize local seminars and events to foster new relationships, and strengthen opportunity funnel.

What We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, immunology, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
  • Comfort using SFDC or a similar CRM.
  • Experience in biopharma sales (cell and gene therapy and oncology), and clinical diagnostic sales
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in complex purchasing environments with multiple decision-makers.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% (including occasional overnight trips).
  • Home location in or near London, Oxford, Cambridge (this is preferred).

Compensation
