Who this fits

This junior internship suits someone who wants hands-on Customer Marketing work across databases, presentations, customer materials, competitor activity, and store checks. It is based in Prague and runs part time for six to twelve months, with four hours per day. The arrangement is hybrid, allowing ten work-from-home days per month. Prior Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales, or Marketing experience helps but is not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Intern to join our office in Prague.

Your main focus :

Managing innovations databases (downloading pack shots, aligning marketing descriptions)
Working knowledge of brand master files to maintain and update supporting documents based on master file data.
Preparing presentations for booklets
Creating Purchase Order based on Customer Marketing inputs
Preparing various analysis
Preparation and shipment of PR packages, competition and incentive products for customers
Monitoring of promotional activities of competitors
Regular store checks
Ongoing support of Customer Marketing team

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Solid analytical skills
Very good communication skills
Team player and proactive positive “can do” attitude
MS Office/SAP : good knowledge of all applications: MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Very good knowledge of Czech and English language
Previous experience in Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing/Sales/Marketing team (advantage, but not mandatory)
