Main Responsibilities

Manage Comm Street’s Instagram, YouTube, Spotify and LinkedIn pages

Create promotional materials (e.g reels, posts, thumbnails) and LinkedIn posts for newly released podcast episodes

Brainstorm and execute collaboration opportunities with other student groups, creators, or initiatives

Create content that builds familiarity with Comm Street’s team members and initiatives within the Sauder community

Stay up to date with current social media trends and adapt content strategies to keep Comm Street relevant and engaging

Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, and LinkedIn) and how content performs

Awareness of current social media trends and best practices

Ability to plan and execute content aligned with a clear purpose (e.g. episode promotion, audience growth)

Strong understanding of Sauder students’ interests and how to connect with them

Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices

Ability to evaluate content performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Interest in storytelling, branding, and building an engaged audience

Ability to receive and apply feedback and have a collaborative mindset
