The Marketing Manager owns the development and implementation of Marketing programs for the Kerecis biologics portfolio and will act as a product champion and collaborator between functions to execute on our commercial priorities. The Manager thrives on delivering initiatives across a broad spectrum of marketing responsibilities. In addition to frequent interactions with the sales and cross-functional teams, the Manager will work with business leaders, third party agencies, and relevant stakeholders across the global organization with key functions based in Iceland and Denmark.
The Marketing Manager is a full-time role based in a Kerecis office. The Manager reports to the Director, Product Marketing, US WTR.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Become a brand champion for our brands and products, including positioning and messaging, as well as understanding our market, key audiences and competitors
- Become an expert on how to differentiate our products in a competitive landscape and collaborate with our Training team to equip sales with the right tools and training to be effective
- Collaborate with our campaign manager and copywriter to develop impactful digital campaigns to generate interest and awareness for our products with new and existing customers
- Support our Tradeshow plan by collaborating with our Events team on preparing and delivering impactful booths and audience engagement
- Take ownership of our marketing toolbox by following formalized review processes and scheduling routine reviews to update or rationalize all marketing content
- Collaborate with our Innovation team to provide market insights and launch plans for new product development projects, facilitating cross-functional input on pricing, forecasting, reimbursement
- Establish sales team acumen and close working relationships across our commercial team to support the sales force in response to customer and competitive needs
- Stay connected with our Medical Affairs and Clinical Affairs teams to support our KOL and evidence plans, connecting with KOLs as needed to gain customer insights and validation

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field of study
- 5+ Years successful experience in Marketing ideally in med device or healthcare
- Experience working with a direct field sales team
- Ability to view surgical and clinical procedures and participate in clinical discussions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (includes 20-25% travel)
- Strong focus on commercial execution, with opportunity to make strategic recommendations
- High degree of agility, driven primarily by quarterly goals and including opportunistic initiatives
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a growth organization with shifting responsibilities
- Core skills to include strong communication, project management, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and prioritize multiple cross-functional projects
- Willingness to join a team who values listening, mutual respect, and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with surgeons preferred
Base Salary Range: $107,000 - $160,000
