About you
The Marketing Director leads the strategic vision and execution of all marketing efforts for a major market. This role leads the development of innovative, high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand growth, client acquisition, and business performance for the market. You will oversee a team of marketers, ensures cross-functional alignment, and partners closely with market leadership, business development, and regional stakeholders. This role demands a visionary yet practical leader with deep expertise in brand strategy, digital transformation, campaign development, team leadership, and performance analytics.
In this role, you will…
Define and lead the overarching marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, business goals, and market opportunities.
Serve as a strategic partner to market leadership, contributing to business planning, growth strategies, and client engagement initiatives.
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across all levels.
Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring message consistency, creative excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
Advance brand positioning through strategic storytelling, thought leadership, and content strategies that differentiate the organization in the marketplace.
Direct digital marketing transformation, including web strategy, demand generation, social media, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, and data-driven optimization.
Guide marketing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and performance tracking to ensure efficient and effective execution for marketing-related activities.
Partner with regional PR on the communications and PR strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across internal and external channels.
Evaluate and implement marketing technologies and platforms to enhance scalability, automation, data visibility, and operational excellence.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; advanced degree a plus.
10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in strategic leadership and people management roles.
Significant experience in commercial real estate, professional services, or B2B marketing environments.
Proven track record leading high-performing teams and developing full-funnel marketing programs.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, including high-level presentation development.
Experience overseeing web, social, video, paid media, and integrated campaign execution.
Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CMS, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
Proven experience in using AI tools for efficiency, personalization, and content innovation.
Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, lead gen, and analytics platforms.
Experience managing vendor relationships for creative, digital, and PR deliverables.
Visionary leadership with the ability to translate business goals into marketing strategy.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - can align marketing with business development, sales, research, and executive leadership.
Effective communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent marketing at the leadership level.
Strong team builder with experience developing career paths, upskilling, and succession planning.
Data-informed decision-maker with a performance mindset.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $136,884 to $150,000 USD
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Bonus
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.

Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
