What you'll do
- Set the five priorities for each retail environment and assess its market share, distribution and pricing
- Send customer development teams updated price lists each month
- Track GtN investment and revise customer and retail environment plans to strengthen results
- Build evidence-based go-to-market plans and selling stories, then shape joint plans with customers
- Run daily business against a strategy designed for the medium term
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in management, economics or another listed field
- At least five years in trade marketing, retail environment or shopper work, ideally in multinational FMCG
- Fluency in both English and Turkish, plus people-management experience

- Develop 5P priorities per retail environment
- Conduct RE-based share of market, distribution and pricing analysis
- Distribute monthly price lists to customer development teams
- Manage GtN investment and adjust customer/RE plans to improve business results
- Develop fact based Go-to-Market plans and selling stories
- Actively work together with customer development teams to develop joint business plans with customers
- Manages day-to-day business in the context of a medium-term strategic plan
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Management Sciences, Economics, Administrative Sciences
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Environment, Shopper, preferably with a multinational FMCG company
- People management
- Fluent in English and Turkish
