Job Details

  • Position: Brand Manager - EMEA Fabric Softener & Dish - Permanent (No relocation).

  • Expected Gross Annual Salary Range: 130,050 CHF - 160,650 CHF per year, determined on the basis of objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria.

  • Variable Compensation: Eligibility to participate in bonus and incentive programs linked to company and/or individual performance.

Role Summary:

You will be part of an international group working on new product development for EMEA and on Global projects for the Home Care category.

Responsibilities :

  • Planning, implementing and tracking New Product Launches and Re-launches and developing advertising campaigns in collaboration with the agency.

  • Support the development and Execution of strong Brand strategies/plans and programs for the assigned segments within the Fabric Softener category.

  • Lead and coordinate bundle development with R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain and Packaging teams Interact with outside consultants including advertising agencies, public relations firms, market research consultants as per project needs

  • Frequent interaction with marketing departments of local Hubs as well as other Divisions and Global Marketing teams.

Required Qualifications (3-5 bullet points):

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related area is required; a master's degree will be a plus.

  • Minimum 6-8 years of progressive relevant marketing experience; specific experience on innovation would be preferable.

  • English fluency is mandated, other European languages would be a plus.

  • Good marketing and commercial capabilities, with the ability to translate a marketing plan into a sound commercial rationale and plan of action.

  • Displays a strong growth mindset, and ability to deal with ambiguity

  • People centric and ability to connect the dots.

  • Relationship building, influence and negotiation, excellent written and verbal communication skills and decision-making and analytical competencies.

  • Strong project management and business strategy planning skills, at national and regional levels

  • Motivated, high energy, confident, with powerful initiative.

  • Functional experience in marketing/ implementation of successful marketing plans, new products, digital campaign development.

  • Experience in managing relationships with senior individuals and within a demanding and fast paced environment.

  • Experience in managing complex projects and external suppliers .

  • Seeking an international career path, open to experiences in different markets and environments.
