Job Description Summary:

Role Purpose

The Senior Manager, Brand Management – Poland & Baltics plays a key role in delivering high-quality brand activation and commercialization across all Coca Cola Company brands in the PL & Baltics cluster. As a brand agnostic Senior Manager, this role is responsible for localizing and implementing centrally developed brand strategies, campaigns, toolkits, and innovation to ensure strong consumer relevance and commercial performance in each market.

This position requires a strong operator who can translate insights into activation plans, manage cross functional workflows, collaborate deeply with CCH bottler teams, and ensure that brand activity across Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia is executed with excellence, consistency, and speed.

Operating without central executional support, the Senior Manager must navigate complexity across different markets, channels, and consumer behaviors, all while ensuring alignment with central brand direction and local commercial priorities.

What You’ll Do for Us

Brand Execution & Local Activation

  • Adapt centrally developed brand strategies, creative assets, IMX toolkits, and innovation into market relevant activation plans for Poland & Baltics.

  • Execute brand campaigns across digital, social, experiential, shopper, and instore environments.

  • Ensure all brand touchpoints are delivered with consistency, quality, and compliance to brand VIS and governance.

Portfolio & Market Localization

  • Support the Director in translating global/OU brand frameworks into actionable local activation calendars.

  • Tailor messaging, content, and claims to local consumer insights and cultural nuances.

  • Ensure alignment with bottler execution capabilities and customer channel dynamics across PL & Baltics.

Innovation Activation

  • Lead local readiness and launch execution for centrally developed innovation across categories (CCTM, Sparkling Flavors, Stills, Hydration, ARTD).

  • Coordinate cross functional preparation—including packaging, supply chain, RGM, shopper, and customer activation.

  • Track postlaunch performance and share learnings with central and local teams.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the local network.

  • Ensure brand plans support commercial priorities and are executable in all markets.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Monitor brand performance KPIs (volume, NR, GP, share, brand health, distribution, media KPIs).

  • Conduct post activation evaluations and recommend improvements for future cycles.

  • Support preparation of business reviews, step backs, and performance routines for the cluster.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Manage daily interaction with creative, digital, shopper, and activation agencies.

  • Provide clear briefs and feedback to ensure asset adaptations and executions meet objectives.

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials across PL & Baltics.

Ways of Working & Leadership Behaviors

  • Operate with autonomy and accountability, providing clear recommendations to the Director.

  • Demonstrate agility, strong project management, and structured problem-solving.

  • Influence without authority to align stakeholders across multiple countries.

  • Bring energy, initiative, and proactive collaboration to the PL & Baltics brand organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 6–8 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or FMCG.

  • Experience working with centrally developed campaigns and innovation, localizing and tailoring for market relevance.

  • Strong understanding of brand building, consumer behavior, and multichannel activation.

  • Proven collaboration skills with bottlers, commercial teams, agencies, and cross functional partners.

  • Strong analytical and strategic execution capabilities; ability to interpret insights and performance data.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders across multiple markets.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and navigating different market needs.
