Reporting to the Supervisor, Gas Supply & Transportation, the Gas Marketing Analyst is accountable for driving commercial value through strategic analysis and market insight. This role plays a key part in optimizing natural gas supply and transportation decisions, supporting trading activities, and enhancing our competitive position in dynamic energy markets. With exposure to cross-functional teams and real-time data, you'll help shape pricing strategies, evaluate market trends, and contribute to high-impact decisions that fuel our growth.

Key Accountabilities:
- Market Analysis & Intelligence Monitor: and analyse natural gas market trends, pricing, and supply-demand dynamics to support trading decisions and strategic planning
- Contract Management & Optimization Support the negotiation, execution, and administration of gas supply and transportation contracts, ensuring compliance and maximizing commercial value
- Forecasting & Modelling Develop: and maintain models to forecast gas demand, transportation capacity, and pricing scenarios to inform operational and commercial strategies
- Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including Trading, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory to align on gas marketing strategies and ensure seamless execution
- Reporting & Performance: Tracking Prepare regular reports on market activity, portfolio performance, and risk exposure to inform leadership and support decision-making
- Regulatory & Risk Awareness: Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry changes, assessing potential impacts on gas marketing activities and recommending mitigation strategies
What You Bring to the Role:
- A degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in energy markets, gas supply, trading, or commercial analytics
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data modeling tools
- Solid understanding of natural gas market fundamentals, transportation logistics, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Seeking a strong, self-motivated candidate who can work independently and take initiative
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
