Für unseren Standort in Stuttgart suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Business Development Manager Air& Ocean (m/w/d)
Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben

- Verantwortung für die Neukundenakquise sowie den strategischen und operativen Ausbau des Kundenportfolios durch aktive Markt- und Wettbewerbsrecherche
- Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Märkte und Zielkunden inklusive Potenzialanalysen
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen mit relevanten Entscheidungsträgern
- Führung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen mit potenziellen Geschäftspartnern bis zum Abschluss
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für das interne Sales-Team sowie für die Geschäftsführung
- Ganzheitliche Steuerung des Sales-Cycles – von der Erstansprache über Angebotsphase bis hin zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
Das wünschen wir uns:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, insbesondere im Hunting sammeln.
- Zielstrebige und erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Hohe Kundenaffinität und Serviceorientierung.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office.
- In Sichere Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache in Wort und Schrift
