About the Role

Lead revenue for a Series A/B B2B SaaS company in AI and hospitality tech. You will own the sales function end to end, shaping strategy and scaling a proven motion, while working closely with the CEO and cross functional leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Own quarterly and annual revenue targets, forecast rigorously, and defend plans with leadership.

  • Codify onboarding, playbooks, call frameworks, and demo standards to accelerate ramp and repeatable close cycles.

  • Build, mentor, and manage a growing team of AEs and SDRs; set quotas, territories, and compensation plans.

  • Lead pipeline reviews, deal inspection, weekly forecasts, and quarterly business reviews to optimize win rates.

  • Identify conversion leaks and escalate high value deals in collaboration with the team.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product to align messaging, demand generation, and product feedback.

  • Evaluate channel partnerships and determine when to establish dedicated enterprise segments.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 3+ years leading a quota carrying team.

  • Proven track record scaling a sales org from small to mid large, or driving eight figure ARR growth.

  • Strong closing skills and ability to own the hardest deals in the pipeline.

  • Rigorous forecasting discipline with deal level inspection and accurate pipeline management.

  • Experience selling into emerging technology categories where buyer education is part of the motion.

  • Vertical SaaS background, ideally in hospitality tech or proptech, with a history of hiring and ramping reps quickly.

  • Experience partnering with marketing and product to align messaging and roadmaps with sales outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range $260,000 to $320,000 annually, plus meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship policy: per company policy.
