About the Role
As the founding content producer at an AI-native financial services company, you'll build its video production workflow and create content for founders and business owners. You'll own production from concept through publishing and work directly with leadership on stories, shows, and interviews.
What You'll Do
Produce long-form and short-form videos for YouTube and social platforms, managing each project from ideation to publication.
Develop formats, storytelling, pacing, thumbnails, and titles to improve engagement and audience retention.
Script, film, and edit content while establishing a fast, repeatable production workflow.
Collaborate with leadership on shows, interviews, and series featuring founders and business owners.
Increase content output while maintaining quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Two to 15 years of relevant experience producing, editing, or directing video content.
Experience creating content for major creators or established YouTube channels with substantial viewership, and a portfolio demonstrating audience engagement.
Hands-on skills in scripting, shooting, and editing, using tools such as Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
A strong understanding of YouTube hooks, pacing, retention, thumbnails, and titles.
Ability to work quickly and publish consistently.
Familiarity with business, startups, or finance is helpful but not required.
