This is a high-ownership content marketing role focused entirely on the German-speaking market, sitting at the intersection of brand, performance, and product. You will define the brand voice across the full customer journey and drive the content strategy that helps SME customers discover, understand, and trust an AI-powered communication product. The work you do here directly shapes how the company grows in one of its most important markets.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy for the German-speaking market.
Write and manage website copy and landing pages optimised for conversion.
Produce high-performing copy for paid marketing channels including YouTube and Paid Social.
Script ad creatives for video and social platforms.
Develop and execute organic content strategies across social channels.
Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content at scale.
Use A/B testing, user research, and performance data to continuously improve messaging.
Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing.
Background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.
Native-level German writing skills with outstanding ability to craft marketing content.
Fluent English for professional communication across the team.
Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.
Proven experience with A/B testing and using data insights to sharpen messaging.
Experience scripting creatives for YouTube and Paid Social channels.
Track record building and executing organic social content strategies.
Comfort collaborating with external creators and influencers.
Experience contributing to product positioning and GTM messaging.
Bonus: experience marketing AI products, voice technology, or conducting user research for marketing insights.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 65,000 to 85,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
