About the Role
This is a senior individual contributor role sitting within Growth at a fast-moving, remote-first fintech company building trust and identity infrastructure for businesses. As Content Lead, you will own the brand voice and serve as the primary storyteller for both the company and its founders, playing a direct role in how the company reaches and resonates with its target audience.
What You'll Do
Ghostwrite and manage the founders' LinkedIn presence, shaping their thinking and customer conversations into posts that sound authentically like them.
Own the company's LinkedIn strategy and cadence, understanding what earns attention, drives conversation, and converts on the platform.
Write long-form content including blogs, white papers, and case studies that establish thought leadership.
Guard brand voice and tone across all published work, including the website, press releases, and social channels.
Extract raw material directly from founder conversations and customer insights rather than waiting for detailed briefs.

Proven ability to write in someone else's voice, ideally through ghostwriting for executives or managing a founder's social presence.
Deep expertise with LinkedIn as a content channel: what performs, what converts, and how to build and grow an audience.
Experience writing long-form content such as blogs, white papers, and case studies.
Experience developing and managing brand voice and tone guidelines across multiple formats and channels.
Self-directed and comfortable working with minimal briefs, extracting narrative from raw conversations and data.
Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains is a strong plus.
Prior experience working directly with founders or C-level executives on content and communications is a plus.
Must be available to work within an EU-compatible timezone.
