Role brief

growthroles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Run several client-bank onboarding projects from kickoff through first live data and handover
  • Set project milestones, log risks and issues, and send weekly progress updates to clients, auditors and internal teams
  • Move access requests, bank agreements, permissions and credentials forward across clients, banks and Circit
  • Coordinate engineering and bank technical teams through testing and approval when a bank needs a new implementation
  • Keep onboarding guides current, shorten the path to launch and share recurring delays with Product, Sales and Customer Success

What you bring

  • At least four years managing client-facing implementation, onboarding, integration or comparable projects
  • Experience handling multiple projects at once, including schedules, dependencies and risk tracking
  • You live in the US and can work US business hours
  • You communicate technical steps clearly in English and can persistently follow up with senior bank and corporate contacts

Who this fits

This suits a mid-level project manager who can coordinate several external stakeholders and turn onboarding work into repeatable processes. The role is fully remote, but you must be based in the US and work US business hours. You'll initially own onboarding projects, with the possibility of building and leading an analyst team as demand grows.

From the employer

Circit is a Central Bank of Ireland-regulated Account Information Service Provider (PSD2). Our VT (Verify Transactions) product lets auditors, including Big Four firms, verify financial data directly from banks through bank APIs. This replaces paper confirmations and screenshots with data straight from the source.

We connect corporate clients to corporate bank APIs, for example JP Morgan, Citibank, HSBC, Bank of America. Each connection is a small project between three parties: the corporate client, the bank and Circit.

You will be the single owner of these onboarding projects. You will run many at the same time, keep every party moving, and turn what you learn into a repeatable process. If a bank is not yet live on Circit, you will oversee the bank implementation together with our Banking Platform team, from first contact to first live client.

This is a new function built to scale. Our goal is to complete 100 client-bank onboardings in your first 12 months. As Premium APIs get adopted and more clients need onboarding, you will build and lead a team of onboarding analysts.

Location: 100% remote, US time zone required
Reports to: Director of Banking Platform & API Solutions

Key Responsibilities

Own the onboarding pipeline
Run multiple client-bank onboarding projects at once, from kick-off to first live data and hand-over.

Manage the plan
Set timelines, track milestones, keep a risk and issue log, and report status every week to clients, auditors and internal teams.

Coordinate three parties
Help the client request API access from their bank relationship manager. Follow up with the bank's onboarding teams on agreements, entitlements and credentials. Make sure the client comes back to finish setup.

Oversee new bank implementations
When a bank is not yet live, coordinate with Circit's Banking Platform engineers and the bank's technical team. Track testing and sign-off.

Plan around the audit calendar
Start onboardings early so data covers the period under audit.

Standardise and scale
Keep the per-bank checklists, client guides and internal guides up to date. Measure time-to-live and remove steps so the process can run at volume.

Be the voice of onboarding
Share what slows clients and banks down with Product, Sales and Customer Success.
