Internal Communications
- Develop and deliver engaging internal communication content across multiple channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet articles, videos, and presentations.
- Support the implementation of the organization's internal communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and effective communication initiatives.
- Manage and maintain internal communication platform ie. email blast, instagram, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and aligned with bank’s objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver clear, consistent, and impactful communications.
- Plan and manage editorial calendars to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support efforts to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Help build and manage employee ambassador networks, including influencers and content creators, to strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate internal events, campaigns, and engagement activities.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to support internal communication projects and initiatives.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Relevant work experience:
Min 3-5 years working experience in internal communications, corporate communications or related field.
