Who this fits

This manager role suits a hands-on marketer who can balance customer acquisition with retention and collaborate across sales, CS, product, and leadership. You’ll need to keep work organized, flag risks early, and adjust as startup priorities change. The role is remote within the United States.

From the employer

  • Demand and Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

Picture a chiropractor looking for a better way to run their practice. You help them find us, understand what we offer, and choose us. Then you help them get what they need to see value fast and stay with us for years. That journey, from first click to loyal customer, is yours to shape across all our products.

Demand and lifecycle matter equally here, because winning a customer and keeping one both drive revenue. You'll own our paid channels, with a paid media freelancer to support you, and you'll build alongside a team where every role fits together: a Content Manager who owns organic, a partner manager who owns our partner channels, and a Product Marketing Manager who shapes our story and our launches. Each of us leads a domain, but all of us move in one direction. No random acts of marketing here.

Expect high standards and real support. You'll get clear priorities, honest feedback, and the tools to do your best work, including AI. We like to win, and we win together. Our plan and our people keep us grounded while we grow, and if you're here to do great work, you'll thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Follow the revenue. Track what turns into closed deals, not just leads. Analyze conversion from first touch to closed deal, find where the most people get stuck, and run experiments to fix it. Build funnel dashboards and attribution in HubSpot and with AI.
  • Go beyond the MQL. Nurture leads until they're ready to buy, guided by signals and intent, so we reach the right people at the right moment. Work with the BDR team to turn those signals into action within integrated campaigns.
  • Build campaigns in HubSpot. Run campaigns from start to finish: forms, workflows, emails, tracking, and landing pages. Handle routine HubSpot admin and data hygiene inside the standards set by marketing and RevOps.
  • Guide the lifecycle. Build sophisticated lifecycle and education paths with our Content Manager that help prospects move down the funnel and make decision. Similarly build customer lifecycle paths for onboarding, adoption, retention, and cross-sell across all our products.
  • Partner with sales. Align with the BDR and sales leaders on targeting, handoffs, and feedback. Turn every campaign into a clear brief for sales, BDRs, CS, and leadership and facilitate the flow of feedback and information around campaigns.
  • Run events, webinars, and email. Promote events and webinars, own registration and follow-up, and handle email segmentation and sends.
  • Use AI well. Use AI and agentic tools in your core work: content production, lead scoring and routing, outbound sequencing with the BDR team, and reporting. Build alerts for conversion drops and stalled leads. Check the math and the output every time.
  • Own execution. Keep the plan and the deadlines moving. Know who to tap, ask early, and say what's at risk and what you need before anyone has to chase you.

Who You Are:

  • B2B SaaS builder. You've built demand generation and lifecycle programs in B2B SaaS, and you're deeply skilled in HubSpot.
  • Revenue-first. You care most about revenue. You know other metrics are indicators and metrics to influence, not the goal, and you know how to use those signals and intent to cultivate buyers.
  • Numbers person. You deeply believe math is for marketers. You love funnel math and experiments, get curious when a conversion rate moves, and dig in until you know why. You turn numbers into decisions and explain them in plain language so the whole team can act on them.
  • Customer-minded. You think like a customer. You know lifecycle frameworks, like Reforge's retention and engagement, and you know that retaining the customers we have is just as mission critical as bringing new customers through the door.
  • AI-fluent. You use AI every day, you can show us what you've built, and you check its work. You know it can't replace good thinking and strong foundations.
  • Paid media savvy. You know paid media well enough to direct a freelancer and to test across channels, but you're not a media buyer.
  • Wildly organized, radically open. You're wildly organized and communicate before anyone has to ask. You know marketing earns its seat at the table every day, and you fight to protect the trust we earn. You protect it by working in the open: sharing plans, misses, and wins, owning your results, and inviting people in early.
  • Startup-ready. You're comfortable with startup chaos and a good pivot, and you sometimes feel like a jack of all trades. You also know how to protect your plate and say no when things don't push our goals forward.
  • Great collaborator. You work well with sales, CS, product, and leadership, and you know who to tap to get things done on time.
