About the Job

Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Lead, you'll own account-based demand generation programs that turn engagement from Nscale's enterprise audiences into qualified pipeline.

You'll hit the ground running with ABM, using target-account priorities, buying committees, intent, engagement and sales insight to build and execute integrated programs across curated events, email, paid media, content syndication, webinars and retargeting, to name a few. You'll also own the nurture and follow-up journeys that move prospects from first engagement through to meaningful sales conversations, and help turn successful account plays into repeatable programs across segments and regions. You'll work closely with the Commercial Team, Product Marketing, Sales, Content & Brand, Developer Marketing, Marketing Operations, Partnerships, and Global Events to bring campaigns to market with speed and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of account-based demand generation programs for priority enterprise audiences.
  • Build target-account programs from the ground up, including segmentation, buying-committee mapping, campaign hypotheses, messaging, channel mix and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align on account priorities, engagement plans, signals, handoff and next actions.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across curated events, email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, outbound support and retargeting.
  • Build and optimize nurture journeys by persona, funnel stage, product interest, intent and account fit.
  • Define campaign logic, engagement signals and follow-up rules that move prospects through qualification and into pipeline.
  • Use account intent, campaign engagement and sales feedback to identify which accounts are progressing and where further intervention is needed.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content & Brand, and Developer Marketing to turn technical narratives into campaign-ready assets.
  • Partner with Global Events on demand motions around roundtables, conferences and field programs, from pre-event campaigns through post-event follow-up.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to improve targeting, scoring, routing, attribution and account-level reporting.
  • Stand up entirely new motions from a blank page where no program, template or playbook exists yet, taking them from first hypothesis to live campaign to documented, repeatable process.
  • Use AI, martech, campaign data and sales feedback to personalize programs, analyze performance and turn wins into repeatable playbooks.

Who You Are

You're commercially minded, resourceful, and comfortable in ambiguity. You move quickly from idea to execution, build structure where none exists, and turn early learnings into something repeatable. You care less about campaign activity than about whether the right accounts are engaging, progressing and converting into pipeline.

  • 5+ years in B2B ABM, demand generation, lifecycle, campaign or growth marketing, with hands-on experience building and running account-based programs for enterprise audiences.
  • A track record of building programs from scratch rather than inheriting them: you've launched motions with no existing playbook, tooling or precedent to work from, and got them producing pipeline.
  • You know how to move from a target-account list to an executable program, including segmentation, buying committees, messaging, channel orchestration, sales alignment, nurture and measurement.
  • Hands-on program experience across nurture flows, email, webinars, event-led motions, content syndication or paid campaigns, and you can say what you changed and what it did.
  • A technical product background, ideally cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, AI or developer tools, with experience marketing to technical buyers such as engineering, IT, data or infrastructure teams.
  • Fluency in marketing automation and CRM, particularly HubSpot.
  • An analytical eye: you read campaign and account-level performance and find practical improvements rather than just reporting numbers.
  • Strong project management and writing skills, whether producing assets yourself or briefing others.
