Position Overview: We're seeking an organized and process-driven Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll own the systems, reporting, and onboarding that power our sales organization across multiple states and brands. If you're a builder who facilitates excellence in data and thrives in fast-paced environments, and helps sales teams win—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own CRM data and reporting administration, data standards, and pipeline hygiene across all territories and brands
  • Build and run weekly pipeline reviews, monthly forecasts, and board reporting for the CRO
  • Track sales KPIs by territory and rep, including new properties sold, revenue categories, additional revenue attach rates, win rates, and pricing
  • Partner with finance to ensure integrity of sales data
  • Maintain territory and account assignments, including national multi-market portfolios
  • Administer commission and incentive programs
  • Ensure sales rep adherence to reporting standards and resolve rep questions quickly and accurately
  • Build and run onboarding and training for new Relationship Development Managers and sales team
  • Own the sales toolkit (proposal templates, pricing tools, presentations, and FireCloud positioning materials)
  • Facilitate conversion of acquired brands onto common CRM, reporting, and sales processes
  • Partner with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to service delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4+ years of sales operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement experience, ideally (but no required) in fire life safety, building services, or B2B service industries
  • Hands-on CRM administration experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceTrade, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; able to turn raw data into clear reports
  • Experience building pipeline, forecast, and KPI reporting for senior leadership
  • Experience administering commission or incentive plans
  • Self-starter with high accountability, strong organization and influence skills, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to executive level
  • Experience in a PE-backed or acquisition-driven company, or with multifamily clients, is a plus

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary + performance bonus
  • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match)
  • Ongoing training and professional development in a high growth environment
  • A seat at the table helping build and scale a growing multi-state sales organization
  • A purpose-driven career centered around providing tailored solutions and consistently delivering on promises
