- Two to three years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including major hospital account management
- Experience handling key accounts in tertiary-care or academic hospitals

Strategic Account Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for assigned hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Analyze account dynamics, patient pathways, treatment landscapes, and market opportunities.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement customized strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor account performance and adjust strategies based on changing market conditions.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, pharmacists, nurses, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Conduct effective scientific and business discussions with customers.
- Develop partnerships that enhance patient access and optimize treatment adoption.
- Maintain regular customer interactions and provide value-added solutions to stakeholders.
Business Development & Execution
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators within assigned territories.
- Identify and influence key treatment decision points that impact patient access.
- Execute promotional activities, educational programs, and account initiatives in accordance with compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and Patient Support Programs.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, treatment guidelines, and reimbursement changes.
- Gather customer insights and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate market feedback to internal stakeholders.
Compliance & Ethics
- Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of customer interactions and business activities.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related healthcare field.
Experience
Mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of Oncology experience within the Siriraj Hospital territory.
- Minimum 2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing key accounts in major tertiary-care or academic hospitals.
Preferred
- Experience in Oncology and/or Hematology therapeutic areas.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and complex hospital stakeholders.
- Experience launching new products or driving patient access initiatives.
- Experience with government and university hospitals.
