In this position, you will have a central role towards all repair flow and customer communication for the servicing of all Breitling models. Main objective is to guard the process flow and communicate with stakeholders.

You will communicate via email and phone with dealers and customers

You will send price estimates
You will invoice repairs
You will work with multiple systems and processes
You will execute service policies
You will support technical questions
You will support dealers and customers
