In this role, you will be responsible for:
The Marketing Analyst Graduate will be responsible for formulating and analysing market research and customer feedback to support our insights and customer experience strategy. They will also be involved with data processing and analytics to provide timely, accurate insights for Marketing and the wider business, whilst also maintaining reliable data pipelines and integrations across our internal systems. Located within the Insight team in Marketing, this role is designed for an analytically minded graduate who wants to develop deep expertise in market research, customer feedback, and performance insights.

Our ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, basic statistical analysis, and core survey design principles.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power Bi.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics tools such as Knime and Azure Databricks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
- 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
