What you'll do
- Keep global account records current in Salesforce, including pricing and volume details
- Track acquisition activity and check how campaigns perform
- Support CF price planning, then update pricing, volume and competitor records when customer teams request changes
- Check existing records for accuracy, add new information to company systems and help coordinate sales planning
What you bring
- You are currently studying at university or have graduated recently
- Japanese proficiency at N3 level or above is required, alongside fluent English
- You can use MS Office and have intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is preferred
- You can gather, organize, verify and summarize information from several sources with care

- Update and maintain global account data in Salesforce, including price and volume information
- Manage acquisition tracking activities and monitor campaign performance
- Support CF price planning and price management initiatives
- Modify price, volume, and competitor data based on requests from customer teams
- Verify accuracy of current data and input new information into systems
- Assist with organization and coordination of sales planning activities
- Currently enrolled at or recently graduated from a university program
- No prior work experience required
- Fluent in English
- Japanese language skills at N3 level or higher (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (preferred)
- Experience with Power BI (preferred)
- Strong ability to collect, organize, verify, and summarize information from multiple sources
- Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
