Your top priority is helping customers achieve the outcomes they came to us for.
To do that, you will:
Define success with customers and lead their onboarding
Own the relationship and look for ways to create more value over time
Relay feedback to product and engineering, and help validate new launches
Support upsells, testimonials, and case studies where they make sense
Build CS playbooks, support materials, and workflows

Strategic and creative — able to zoom out and rethink how we approach problems
Bonus: experience with Zapier, CRM automations, or agents in a CS/support function
