The Sr. Designer leads the development and execution of campaign-driven creative for Blue Bottle Coffee Korea, with a strong focus on social communication and culturally relevant storytelling.
Working across brand, product, cafe, retail, and commercial priorities, this role translates brand strategy and business objectives into compelling creative ideas and integrated visual expressions across social, digital, cafe, retail, product, and campaign touchpoints.
The role combines strong conceptual thinking, visual craft, and an understanding of how brands communicate in today’s social landscape, while ensuring Blue Bottle’s global brand identity is expressed consistently and meaningfully for the Korean market.
This position is based in Seoul and reports to the Brand Director, Korea.
You will

Lead the creative development of seasonal campaigns, product launches, cafe activations, and brand collaborations, from concept through execution.

Develop campaign ideas and visual storytelling that are designed to resonate in Korea, with social and digital communication as key creative channels.

Create and adapt compelling content across social, digital, cafe, retail, product packaging merchandise, and other brand touch points.

Translate brand and business priorities into clear creative concepts, visual narratives, and campaign systems that can scale across multiple channels.

Work closely with Go-To-Market, Product, PR/Social, Retail and cross-functional partners to ensure creative ideas are integrated into the broader campaign strategy.

Steward and evolve the expression of Blue Bottle Coffee’s visual identity in Korea, balancing global brand consistency with local cultural relevance.

Direct internal and external creative collaboration-including agencies, photographers, illustrators, creators and production partners- to ensure a consistently high standard of craft and execution.

Stay close to culture, design, social behavior, and emerging creative formats to identify new ways for Blue Bottle to communicate with its audience.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant creative design experience.
