Growth Marketing Manager, Developer Tools
Mid-level Growth Marketing role at bitrise. £70,000–£90,000 base.
Growth Roles summary, based on the employer's posting.
What you'll do
- You'll turn research, product analytics, and competitive intelligence into a ranked hypothesis backlog
- You'll lead go-to-market launches for products and features through owned and earned channels
- You'll test paid, organic, community, and product channels, then measure what works
- You'll build growth models and run experiments with product, data, and marketing partners
- You'll improve activation and free-to-paid conversion through cross-sell and onboarding work
What you bring
- At least five years across growth marketing, product marketing, or both, ideally in developer tools or technical B2B SaaS
- A track record spanning experimentation, research, messaging, go-to-market, and conversion optimization
- An understanding of how developers or technical buyers discover, assess, and choose tools
- The ability to draw insight from product, web, and campaign analytics alongside user interviews
- Strong project ownership in fast-moving settings without a fully defined playbook
Who this fits
This role suits a self-directed marketer who enjoys hands-on experimentation, technical audiences, and cross-functional work. A technical background, developer experience, or familiarity with CI/CD, build systems, or mobile DevOps would strengthen your fit but is presented as an extra. The company is remote-first, with remote work available within the country named in the posting and opportunities for in-person collaboration. This is a growth role grounded in product marketing, not performance marketing.
From the employer
Please note: We're a remote-first company and offer the flexibility to work remotely within the country listed in the job posting.
At Bitrise, we're transforming how mobile products are developed and deployed for thousands of customers worldwide. As we scale, we're building the growth function inside product marketing, and this role leads that charge.
You'll own how we find, reach, and activate new audiences across our product portfolio. Every experiment you run, every channel you test, and every hypothesis you form will be grounded in product marketing work: ICP clarity, positioning, messaging, and user insight. You'll work across our existing products and emerging ones to identify what resonates, move fast, and build the playbooks we don't have yet.
This is not a performance marketing role. It's for someone who thinks in funnels and systems, executes growth experiments, and uses product marketing as the foundation behind every growth decision.
Compensation: £70,000-£90,000
Our ideal candidate
- 5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, or a hybrid of both, with experience in developer tools or technical B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated track record in growth experimentation and core product marketing: research, messaging, GTM, CRO
- Proven experience marketing to developers or technical buyers: you understand how developers discover tools, evaluate them, and make decisions
- Comfortable pulling insights from product analytics, user interviews, web analytics, and campaign data
- Strong project management skills: you know how to move cross-functional work forward
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and shapes their own agenda
- Comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook
What would really knock our socks off

- Experience with CI/CD, build systems, or mobile DevOps as a practitioner or marketer
- Experience working alongside a dedicated PMM team as a growth specialist
- Reforge alumni: if you have completed Reforge courses and can show how you applied them, that is a strong signal
- A portfolio of previous work: growth models, positioning docs, launch announcements, experiment write-ups

- Work cross-functionally with product, data, and marketing to move experiments from hypothesis to live
