We are searching for candidates who are willing to be part of Barilla Turkey for minimum 6 months, available minimum 3 days in a week.

Job Description:

  • Support the Trade Marketing team in the planning and execution of customer activations, sponsorships, events and visibility projects, coordinating with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track customer performance, monthly sales volumes and product mix, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across channels and key accounts.
  • Collect and consolidate data from sales teams to monitor customer development, identify opportunities and support business reviews.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and management summaries to support commercial decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of trade marketing materials, promotional assets and customer communication tools.
  • Support the management of suppliers and external partners, ensuring timely follow-up on quotations, production, logistics and execution processes.
  • Contribute to contract, invoice and payment tracking processes while working closely with finance and external stakeholders.
  • Support trade marketing budget tracking and expenditure monitoring to ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3rd grade students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong MS Office Applications skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with effective negotiation ability.
  • Powerful analytical and creative skills.
  • Previous experience in FMCG sector is a plus.
