Who this fits

This mid-level role suits a hands-on strategist who can set direction, manage clients and guide a team through execution. You’ll work on-site in Austin three to four days each week, with occasional national and international travel. Spanish fluency is preferred.

From the employer

We're looking for an experienced, culturally fluent Social Media Strategist who understands how brands build communities, participate in culture, and create content people genuinely care about.

You'll develop and execute social strategies for ambitious consumer brands, manage client relationships directly, and help lead a team of social media managers responsible for bringing those strategies to life.

We're looking for someone who's a strong strategic thinker but equally comfortable getting into the details of content development, community management, creator partnerships, and production.

This isn't a role for someone who only builds strategies and hands them off. We need someone who can develop the thinking, manage the client, guide the team, and make sure the work is as good in execution as it was in the presentation.
