What you'll do
- Keep marketing materials current and ready, and help sales or tender teams quickly when they need support
- Track approvals and follow-through for marketing activities, including post-event tasks and product demonstrations
- Prepare tender product folders, maintain discontinued and changed-product records, and update event, expense, and sales reports
- Help coordinate meetings, sponsorships, training, hospital events, and product presentations, including their materials and logistics
- Join sales visits to gather customer and market feedback, then work with Comex data to shape market insights
What you bring
- A pharmacy degree or a qualification in a related field
- You are a recent graduate or have under a year of healthcare industry experience
- You communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English and are skilled with office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint

A. Job purpose: A Marketing trainee supports Aesculap marketing team in the implementation and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share to achieve company finanical objective.
B. Task & Responsipility:
1. Administration MKT support (50%):
- Organising marketing materials: ensure material up-to-date and readly for use. Quickly support sales/ tender teams when needed.
- Support approval for MKT activities on-time. Follow up for MKT activities implementation and ensure post event follow up.
- Coordinate in building tender product explaination folders to quickly support Sales team & Tender team.
- Coordinate to build: Master file discountinued/ change product site items in share folders.
- Create and maintaining tracking reports for MKT event, MKT expense, Sales report... to support for monthly business review.
- Manage product demonstration.
2. Support Marketing strategy development & execution (40%)
- Coordinate in develop & execution marketing activities: B.Braun stand alone meeting, Sponsorship, Product training...
- Develop marketing materials: gimmicks, standee, booth…
- Support MM/PM/PS in hospital event, product presentation: logistic support, product presentation (if any)
- Coordinate to collect market information, customers' insight, market trend... by going out with sales team and interact with customers ( nurses, IC nurses, association...)
- Working with Comex team to understand sales data, import data... transfer data to insight and propose market analysis ( to be guided by MM)
3. Others: Ensure all MKT activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to. Carry special work as assigned by Management
C. Qualification Requirement:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree of Pharmacist, Pharmacy or relevant background
2. Working Experience
- Fresh graduates or less than 1 year of experience in healthcare industry;
- Working experience in MNC company is preferred;
3. Skills:
- Good communication, meticulous, high repsonsibily.
- Proficient in office tools, excellence in Excel, power point (slides development)
- Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English for relationship building and negotiation skills with your internal and external stakeholders virtually and in person
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, quick learner.
- High creativity and innovation, passion for products and understanding customer needs, self-driven, adaptability, attention to detail, customer-centric mindset.
