What you'll do

- Einbeziehen aller nötigen internen und externen Ressourcen in die Projektarbeit.
- Selektion von Zielkunden für die fokussierten Produktgruppen.
- Erstellung und Pflege von Aktionsplänen zur Steigerung der Penetration der Zielkunden.
- Regelmäßige Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Business Reviews unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Projektarbeit.
- Kontaktpflege zu den relevanten Managementebenen des Herstellers.
- Eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung der Marketing-Fund zur Durchführung von Messen Präsentationen, Events in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Organisationen und Marcom.
- Demand Creation – Unterstützung der Sales Force bei der Kundengewinnung
- Strukturiertes Reporting und Dokumentation aller geschäftsrelevanten Hersteller- und projektbezogenen Vorgänge und Veränderungen
- Mitgestaltung/Umsetzung strategischer Aktionen/Programme der Avnet Silica
- Erhalten der für das Geschäft notwendigen Zertifizierungen durch die Hersteller
- Mitverantwortung für die Projektdatenbank
- Analysiert Trends bei Herstellern und im Markt
- Technologie- und Produktreiber der zugeordneten Hersteller
- Sicheres und kompetentes Repräsentieren von Avnet Silica Strategien im Kontakt mit Lieferantenmanagement
Anforderungsprofil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Elektrotechnik/Elektronik (FH,TH,TU)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Entwicklung/Vertrieb
- Kompetente Repräsentation von Avnet Silica bei Kunden – und Herstelleranlässen auf Managementebene
- Sehr gute Englische Sprachkenntnisse
- Kontaktfreudig, sicheres Auftreten, Fertigkeiten in Präsentations- und Kommunikationstechniken
- Führerschein
