APM MONACO recherche un Conseiller de Vente en temps-partiel (24h/sem) afin de venir renforcer son équipe à Orléans durant la période de Noël !

Vente
- Accueillir, conseiller et développer une relation de confiance avec chaque client pour lui offrir une expérience d'achat unique
- Contribuer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs de CA de la boutique
- Démontrer une bonne connaissance des produits APM pour valoriser l'histoire et le caractère unique de la marque auprès des clients
- Fidéliser la clientèle en assurant un suivi personnalisé après-vente
Service client
- Garantir un service client irréprochable à chaque interaction
- Gérer les demandes et premières réclamations clients avec professionnalisme
Opérations & Visual Merchandising
- Participer à la bonne tenue de la boutique : propreté, organisation, réassort
- Contribuer au visual merchandising selon les directives de la marque
- Participer à la gestion des stocks et à l'inventaire
- Appliquer les procédures de paiement et d'utilisation du POS
Requirements
Profil recherché
- Vous adorez APM Monaco !
- Vous êtes passionné·e par la vente
- Vous avez le sens du service et un très bon relationnel
- Une première expérience en boutique (luxe ou fashion retail) est un vrai plus
- Vous êtes rigoureux·se, dynamique et avez l'envie d'apprendre
- Vous êtes agile et savez faire preuve de flexibilité quand nécessaire
